Services
I believe effective mental health care treats the whole person—biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors all matter. I also believe patients are experts in their own lives. When we partner, I translate complex medical and psychiatric information into clear choices and individualized treatment plans that fit your goals and circumstances. Together, we focus on relieving symptoms, improving daily functioning, and enhancing overall quality of life, so you can make confident decisions and reclaim daily functioning and joy.
Diagnoses & Conditions I Treat
I work with adolescents, adults, students, and young professionals (ages 13-64) across a range of common and complex mental health needs.
Depression — difficulty enjoying life, low energy, loss of motivation, and changes in sleep and appetitie.
Anxiety disorders — chronic worry, restlessness, trouble concentrating, and feeling overwhelmed.
Bipolar spectrum conditions — mood swings with high and low periods that disrupt work, school, or relationships.
ADHD — problems with attention, focus, organization, and follow-through.
Trauma-related symptoms and stress reactions — difficulty regulating mood, sleep, and relationships after stressful events.
Caregiver stress and burnout (including families of people with dementia, cancer, or chronic illness) — emotional exhaustion, sleep disturbance, and loss of self.
Acculturation and immigration-related stress — adjustment challenges, homesickness, identity conflicts, and social isolation.
Treatment Options I Offer
I draw from integrative, evidence-based, and practical tools so we can find the combination that helps you best.
-
Thoughtful prescribing that balances benefits and side effects. I explain options in clear terms, monitor response closely, and adjust medications based on symptoms, labs, and your goals, so you feel more stable, clear-headed, and able to function day to day.
-
Targeted laboratory evaluation when clinically indicated to identify medical contributors to mood, concentration, sleep, or energy changes and to guide safer, faster, and more precise treatment.
-
Evidence-informed supplements/nutraceuticals used selectively to support mood, sleep, or cognitive clarity as part of a broader plan; discussed openly with medication safety in mind.
-
Supportive, structured, goal-oriented therapy to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, habits, and behaviors. Build coping skills and resilience, improve mood, anxiety, relationships, daily functioning, and performance.
-
Collaborative coaching to strengthen motivation and set realistic, meaningful goals for lasting change—useful for habit change and lifestyle shifts.
-
Practical mindfulness and grounding techniques to reduce stress reactivity, improve focus, and calm the nervous system.
-
Goal oriented support and education on making sustainable changes in sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management tailored to your lifestyle.
-
Practical guidance for parents and caregivers to improve communication, manage behavioral challenges, and reduce burnout while supporting the child or family member’s treatment plan.

90 Minutes
Following the consultation call, I will provide you with access to the patient portal to complete any needed intake forms. These will be thorough, and I will review them prior to our first appointment so we can make the most of our time.
Your first appointment is a comprehensive and personalized session where I get to know you and your unique situation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your personal and family history, and the factors in your life—like stress, sleep, lifestyle, and relationships—that may be affecting your mental health. From there, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to you, which may include options such as therapy, medications, lab testing, supplements/nutraceuticals, or other approaches that fit your goals and needs. This appointment is designed to give you clarity, support, and a clear path forward to feeling better.
-
This appointment gives us time for a more in-depth discussion of your progress and how your treatment is working. It’s ideal for therapy sessions or for when an in-depth medication adjustment is needed. These sessions are typically scheduled every 1–2 weeks, depending on your needs and goals.
-
This brief appointment is designed to check in on how your treatment plan is working and make any necessary adjustments to your medications. These sessions are typically scheduled every 2–4 weeks at the start of care and every 1–3 months once you’re stable. The timing can be adjusted based on your needs, progress, and the level of support you want.
If you have questions about a diagnosis, a treatment option, or which appointment is right for you, I’m happy to help during the free consultation call so you can get started with confidence.
Because I’m an out-of-network provider, I don’t work directly with insurance, but I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Benefits of working with me:
I offer flexible availability with no long waitlists, so you can start getting support sooner than with most insurance-based practices.
I offer a wider range of appointment times to make it easier to fit care into your life—whether you’re a busy professional, a parent seeking help for your child, or a caregiver balancing multiple responsibilities.
Because my practice isn’t limited by insurance restrictions, we can use a wider range of treatment options, including integrative and holistic approaches tailored to your needs—giving you a greater chance of lasting healing and meaningful change.
Scheduling is simple and convenient: after our consultation call, you can book appointments online—no more navigating admin staff, phone trees, or endless hold music.
And during our sessions, you’ll never feel rushed. I offer longer appointment times to ensure you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
